Picasso said every act of creation is first of all an act of destruction

Although I love text, I've never been interested in tagging. The work I do is created inside my studio and then brought outside to the street. I use images because they can speak to everyone, images are universal. What better way to communicate to people from around the world? Lately, I've been focusing on pure abstractions.
Street Art's short life span is what's so appealing to me. We all put our work up with an understanding that its destruction is eminent.

I earned my graphic design degree (School of Visual Arts, NY) with a portfolio made up entirely of Street Art and a few paintings. I never followed assignment directions and barely created any thing that would resemble a commercial graphic piece.

The flower has come to symbolize so much of who I am and what I do... I knew this from the start, however, after ten years, it now sits right in front of me.
